Hi! I’m Alan,

Over my career, I’ve taught leadership courses at renowned institutions like the Naval Postgraduate School, USC, UCI, Pepperdine, and more. But after years of research and training leaders around the globe, a powerful truth struck me: the best time to learn leadership is between the ages of 5-15.

After earning a doctorate in the field, I realized that traditional leadership development misses a crucial window, getting to leaders while they’re pliable. No matter how gifted they are in leading, we must nurture their nature.

This ignited a new mission in me: to empower the next generation to lead with vision, integrity, and empathy. The best people to do this are parents because they possess the most influence in the life of a future leader.
