At KidLead Inc., we are passionate about developing children's leadership potential through programs designed to empower both parents and youth. We offer the world’s first online parent training program that in less than 7 hours, teaches them how to develop their children’s leadership potential.  This youth leadership program and parent leadership training helps families foster the essential skills needed for children to grow into confident, capable leaders. With our leadership curriculum for children and youth, we build leadership skills early, providing young people with the tools to succeed in school, relationships, and future careers.

KidLead Inc. provides scholarships for leadership programs, ensuring that families from all backgrounds can access quality resources for child leadership development. Parents can take advantage of our leadership course for parents, which provides insights into how to guide their children on the path to leadership success. Whether you're looking for teen leadership training, early childhood leadership development, or opportunities to improve social-emotional learning for kids, we have the programs to support you and your family. Together, we can build the next generation of young leaders who are equipped to tackle challenges with confidence and purpose.

By focusing on leadership skills for teens and youth leadership initiatives, we help young people discover their strengths, improve their emotional intelligence, and build resilience. Our family leadership programs are designed to foster strong bonds, guiding parents and children to work together toward personal and leadership growth.

KidLead is dedicated to fostering leadership skills in children aged 5-15. Our mission is to empower the next generation to lead with vision, integrity, and empathy. Founded by Dr. Alan E. Nelson, EdD, a renowned expert in young leader development, we aim to provide the tools and knowledge necessary for children to realize their leadership potential. Dr. Nelson has taught leadership courses at institutions such as the Naval Postgraduate School, USC, UCI, and Pepperdine, and his research emphasizes the critical window for leadership development in early childhood.
