Are you raising a leader? What do you do when you see leadership ability in a child? Until now, you’ve pretty much had to wait until he or she became an adult, since formal leadership development typically begins between the ages of 25-35. But now, there’s KidLead, a dynamic, effective training program for 10-13 year olds.
Approximately 10-20% of children have natural, observable organizational leadership qualities. Another 60% have some degree of latent potential, allowing them to learn skills of influence. KidLead is not a kids' program emphasizing leadership, but rather a leadership program targeting leaders when they are most moldable. We have character-based curriculum for schools and civic groups and a faith-based version for churches and Christian schools.
The KidLead Foundation is a non-profit, educational organization committed to raising effective, ethical leaders, by focusing on them when they are still pliable. We partner with organizations that work with kids to provide world-class training, equivalent to the best in adult leadership programs. The curriculum is only available through certified trainers, but we provide parent and teacher resources as well, many of them free via this website and our newsletter. We encourage you to join the KidLead revolution.
Advisory Board Members include national leadership and family experts: Dr. John Maxwell, Dr. Les Parrott III, Dr. John Trent, Dr. Teresa Roche and Steve Arterburn
