Training Program Application
For 10-13 year olds interested in being considered for a LeadNow training module, please send this application, along with 2 Social Influence Surveys (only 1 SIS can be completed by a family member). If you're applying for the LeadWell training program (14-18 year olds), click HERE for that form. Submittal of these 3 documents is essential to be considered into a KidLead training program.

The goal of the application process is to help determine which children are most apt to benefit from training like this. Why do you think your child would benefit from and should be considered for the LeadNow program?
What makes you think your child has leadership aptitude?
Kids who are motivated are most apt to benefit from KidLead. Please have your child respond to this question: Why would you like to be a part of a program with other kids that teaches leadership?
Are you as a parent willing to assist your child in this process outside of the club meetings (approximately 15 minutes per typical weekly club meeting), observe a training session, and attend the 1-hour workshop and 2-hour clinic (included in the tuition)?

We’ll forward this info to the designated trainer in your area, who'll try to let you know within a week that they've received your application. KidLead believes in the value and strengths of all children. At the same time, we want to make sure that LeadNow training is right for your child and make sure that participants benefit each other, since this learning takes place in group settings. For specific fee info, please contact the person or agency sponsoring this training module and ask about possible scholarships if that would be important to you.
